Off the top of my head, first, I think you probably need a serious meeting with Tak: define each other roles, make some agreements (referring to the future company, for example)with each other.
Second, we need to make a time table for this project. I believe this is very important.

I will sent Tak the draft of the business plan. See what his opinions will be.

May be we should suggest to Tak how to run the whole thing before I have a serious meeting? Otherwise I agree.
